ASSIGNMENT OF OVERRIDING ROYALTY INTERESTS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Mark S. Dolar and Janet K. Dolar. husband and wife. whose address is 16362 E.
Montrose Drive. Fountain Hills. AZ 85268, hereinafter called Assignors, for and in consideration of the
sum of One Dollar ($1.00) the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby assign, transfer, sell
and convey all right title and interest in to those Overriding Royalty Interests described herein 50.0% unto
Mark S. Dolar. Trustee ofthe Mark S. Dolar Revocable Trust dated Julv 21 . 2008, and 50.0% unto Janet
K. Dolar. Trustee ofthe Janet K. Dolar Revocable Trust dated Julv 21 .2008, whose address is 16362
E. Montrose Drive. Fountain Hills. AZ 85268 hereinafter called Assignees, located in Lincoln
_ County, Wyoming , being more particularly described as follows:
See attached herein "Exhibit "A"
together with all the rights incident thereto, the personal property thereon, appurtenant thereto, or
used or obtained in connection therewith.
For the same consideration, the Assignor covenants with the Assignee, its heirs, successors,
legal representatives or assigns that the Assignor is the lawful owner of and has good title to the
interest assigned in and to said Lease, estate, rights and property, free and clear from all liens,
encumbrances or adverse claims, that said Lease is valid and subsisting on the lands above described
and that all rentals and royalties due thereunder have been paid, and all conditions necessary to keep
said Lease in full force and effect have been duly performed.
