SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the undersigned is the holder of a certain Real Property Lease Agreement
dated June 1, 1997 and recorded as Receiving No. 844257 in Book 401 P.R. at Page 791. The
undersigned hereby subordinates its security interest to Jordan Federal Credit Union as set forth
herein. The subordination of interest relates to property located in Lincoln County, state of
Wyoming, more particularly described as:
Hanger 24 of the AFTON LINCOLN AIRPORT, being
A part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter
(SW1I4 SE lA) of Section 36, Township 32 North, Range
119 West, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
NOW, THEREFORE, for valuable consideration and receipt and adequacy of which is
hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby declare as follows:
1. That any and all interest of the undersigned be and is hereby declared junior in
priority to the lien of that certain Deed of Trust in favor of Jordan Federal Credit Union dated
July _, 2008 in the amount of $400,000.00, which secured a Promissory Note in the amount as
therein set forth, which Deed of Trust is recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Recorder,
state of Wyoming.
2. In the event of foreclosure or exercise of any power of sale as set forth in said
Deed of Trust or as set forth in said Deed of Trust or as set forth in any security instrument in
favor of the undersigned, the priority as herein established shall be respected to the same extent
and in the same manner as if said Deed of Trust in favor of Jordan Federal Credit Union had
been earlier in both time and execution and date of recordation as such dates relate to the
priorities between Jordan Federal Credit Union and the undersigned
