KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Jeremiah J. Kallgren a/k/a
Jeremy Kallgren and Corenne B. Kallgren, a/k/a Corenne Kallgren, husband and
wife, of P.O. Box 97, Smoot, Wyoming 83126, Lincoln County, Wyoming, Grantors for
and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIM to the
Jeremy & Corenne Kallgren Family Revocable Trust, dated September 18, 2008,
Jeremy and Corenne Kallgren, Trustees, Grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 97,
Smoot, Wyoming 83126, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
That part of the NE1f,¡SE1f,¡ of Section 5, T30N, R118W, Lincoln County,
Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County in Book 26 of Deeds on page 287 described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the North line of said NE1f,¡SE1f,¡, N 89° 08' 55" W,
833.11 feet from the East 1f,¡ Corner of said Section 5; thence S 00° 51' 05"
W, 156.11 feet to a point on the Northeast right-of-way line of the
Cottonwood County Road No. 12-153; thence continuing S 00° 51' 05" W,
30.30 feet to a 3/8" x 12" steel spike on the centerline of the said County
Road; thence N 81 ° 03' W, 332.00 feet along said centerline to a 3/8" x 12"
steel spike; thence N 00°51'05" E, 30.30 feet to a point on the said Northeast
right-of-way line; thence continuing N 00° 51' 05" E, 109.34 feet to a point on
the said North line of the said NE1f,¡SE%, S 89° 08' 55" E, 97.00 feet from the
Northwest corner of said NE1f,¡SE%; thence S 89° 08' 55" E, 328.69 feet
along said North line to the point of beginning.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
With respect to W.S. § 34-2-122, as amended, Grantors hereby state, represent and
warrant that the said Trust was established by written instrument executed the 18th day of
September, 2008, that said Trust has never been revoked, and that said instrument
transfers upon said Trustees, all powers set forth in t~e Uniform Trustees' Powers Act of
the Wyoming Statutes.
