BARTON CROOK CASSITY, a married man, Grantor, of Lincoln County and
State of Wyoming for and in consideration ofTen and no/100 Dollars and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to Tim Crook Cassity, Todd Crook Cassity
and Joslyn Cassity Kopp, as tenants in common, which address is 2265 Maryland
Drive, Green River, Sweetwater County, Wyoming, Grantees, of Sweetwater County and
State of Wyoming the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State
of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming, to-wit:
The South one-half (S~) ofthe following described property containing
Approximately 27.6 acres more or less:
Beginning at the Northeast comer of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter (NEY4SWY4) of Section 18, Township 31 North
Range 118 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, and running thence
West 115 rods; thence South 80 rods; thence East 115 rods; thence
North 80 rods to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom the
parcel conveyed by Warranty Deed to the State Highway Commissioner
of Wyoming and recorded on January 23, 1974, in Book 108 PR
626, Document No. 453225 containing 2.3 acres
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements and
Appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
Subject, however, to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.

Beginning at a point in the center line of Old Highway 89, said point being
SoolO'W, 150.00 feet from the Northwest comer of said SWJf4SWY4 of said
Section 18, thence RunningS89°50'E, 290.40 feet to an iron pipe set, thence
Soo10'W, 150.00 feet, thence N89°50'W, 290.40 feet to said center line of said
Old Highway, thence Noo10'E, along said center line, 150.00 feet to the
Point of beginning.
