ABANDONMENT OF EASEMENT AND GENERAL QUITCLAIM DEED
South Etna Irrigation Company, A Wyoming mutual benefit corporation, whose address
is PO Box 5039, Etna, WY 8311 Grantor,-for and in consideration often dollars ($10) and other
valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, conveys and quitclaims to
Emmett Mavy and Romina Mavy, husband and wife, PO Box 3821, Alpine, WY 83128, Grantee,
all of its right, title, interest or interests it ought to have in any easement on, along or upon the
following described real estate:
the real property legally described on the Quitclaim Deed recorded in Book 695 at
Page 329 as Receiving No. 939233 in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer,
WY, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 1
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming. Hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws ofthe State of Wyoming.

being the intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 662 of Photostatic Records on page 223, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly right-of-way line of U.S. Highway 89, identical
with the northwest point of that tract of record in said Office in Book 561 Photostatic
Records on page 398, N02°-59'-44"E, 993.36 feet, from the southwest comer of said
SWV.SWv.;
thence. NOoo-II' -11"E, 166.30 feet, along said right-of-way line, to the southwest rebar of
Circle J Subdivision of record in said Office as Instrument No, 934288;

southeast rebar thereof, on a west line of that tract of record in said Office in Book 6810f
