and Joyce F. Robinson, trustees for the Bruce E. Robinson and
Joyce F. Robinson Family Revocable Trust dated the 30th Day of
October, 1997, whose address is 270 Robinson Lane County Road

Bonnie J. Robinson, whose address is 215N. 2600 W., Brigham
City, Utah 84302, James Darrell Hunting and Camille R. Hunting,
whose address is 122 Robinson Lane County Road 12-124, Bedford,
Wyoming 83112, Robert Bruce Robinson and Sara H. Robinson, whose
address is 120 E. 175 S., North Salt Lake City, Utah, 84054,
Marion Dean Robinson and DeeAnne C. Robinson, whose address is

Melvin Lee Robinson and Nancy C. Robinson, whose address is 702

Magna, Utah 84044, being duly sworn on oath according to law do
hereby make the following statement of facts and affirm:
That we are the trustees for the Bruce E. Robinson and Joyce F.
Robinson Family Revocable Trust dated the 30th Day of October,
1997, being the owners and proprietors of the real property as
referred to in the Deed recorded with Instrument No. 847869 in
Book 406PR, on Page 424, we are the owners and proprietors of
the real property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with
Receiving No. 939861, in Book 697, on Page 543, we are the
owners and proprietors of the real property, as referred to in
the Deed recorded with Receiving No. 939860, in Book 697, on
Page 542, we are the owners and proprietors of the real
property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with Instrument
No. 896048, in Book 544PR, on Page 324, we are the owners and
proprietors of the real property, as referred to in the Deed
recorded with Instrument No. 896049, in Book 544PR, on Page 325,
we are the owners and proprietors of the real property, as
referred to in the Deed recorded with Instrument No. 896050, in
Book 544PR, on Page 326, we are the owners and proprietors of
the real property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with
Receiving No 941092, in Book 701, on Page 734, we are the owners
and proprietors of the real property, as referred to in the Deed
recorded with Instrument No. 896052, in Book 544PR, on Page 328,
we are the owners and proprietors of the real property, as
referred to in the Deed recorded with Instrument No. 896053, in
Book 544PR, on Page 329, and I am the owner and proprietor of
the real property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with

Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, as shown on the
Plat of the Amended Bruce Robinson Family Exempt Subdivision,
prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates LLC, within E1/2 of
the E1/2NE1/4 and the N1/2S1/2 of Section 5, T33N, Rl18W, of the
6th. P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.

That the Non-Exclusive Access Road and Utilities Right-of-Way
Easements, for Ingress, Egress, and Utilities, as shown hereon,
is and shall be granted to the owners, successors and assigns of
each lot created, and all remaining lands.
That in accordance with Section 34-12-106 thru 34-12-110 of the
Wyoming Statutes 2001, as amended we hereby respectfully request
the Clerk to Vacate the Bruce Robinson Family Exempt
Subdivision, recorded with Instrument No. 890920,
on Map No. 11-F.
That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption
Laws of the State of Wyoming are hereby released.
That this Affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same
affect as if the original Mylar Plat of said Subdivision had
been signed.
