The undersigned certifies that he has mailed a true and correct copy of this Claim of Lien to the said owner or reputed owner at the foregoing address by certified mail, postage prepaid. The amount unpaid to Claimant, after deducting all just credits and offsets, for which this lien is claimed, is $36,426.60 plus accrued interest and costs involved in the filing of this Claim of Lien.
