SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS,
CONDITIONS AND REGULATIONS FOR DOUBLE EAGLE RANCH
SUBDIVISION, LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING
This Second Amendment is made as of the I~ d. day of S""'.ep-kfMkr. 2008
by the undersigned owners of lots in Double Eagle Ranch Subdivision-Second Filing
("subdivision"), those owners constituting ownership of at least 80% of the lots in the
subdivision.
WHEREAS a plat of record was filed on June 5, 1986, in the office of the County
Clerk, Lincoln County, Wyoming for the Double Eagle Ranch Subdivision as Plat #326;
WHEREAS, a certain Declaration of Protective Covenants, Conditions and
Regulations for Double Eagle Ranch Subdivision was filed on June 5, 1986 in the public
records of Lincoln County, Wyoming in Book 238 at Page 84;
WHEREAS a certain plat of record was filed on December 12, 1990 as Plat
#293A for the Double Eagle Ranch Subdivision-Second Filing, in the office of the
County Clerk for Lincoln County, Wyoming;
WHEREAS a First Supplement to Declarations of Protective Covenants,
Conditions, and Regulations for Double Eagle Ranch Subdivision, Lincoln County,
Wyoming was filed on December 13, 1990 in the office of the County Clerk for Lincoln
County, Wyoming at Book 292 at Page 554; and
WHEREAS the undersigned owners wish to further amend the Declaration of
Protective Covenants, Conditions and Regulations.
NOW THEREFORE, the undersigned owners of lots, constituting not less than
80% of the lots in the Subdivision hereby declare that the Declaration of Protective
Covenants, Conditions and Regulations recorded on June 5, 1986 (and any amendments
thereto) is amended as follows:
Paragraph 10 of Article II (Use Restrictions) is hereby deleted in its entirety.
All references to "Common Area" in the Declaration of Protective Covenants,
Conditions and Regulations and any amendments thereto are hereby deleted.
