Howell, as mo~gagors, modgaged to First Security Bank, N.A., as mo~gagee, the hereinafter described real prope~y by that ce~ain mo~gage dated April 3, 1998 (the "Mo~0a~e"), and duly recorded in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State' of Wyoming, on April 7, 1998, in Book 410 PR at Page 61, which MoNgage, and the Note secured thereby, were assigned for value by First Security Bank, N.A. to Mo~gage Electronib Registration Systems, Inc, as Nominee for Wells Fargo Home Modgage, Inc. by the indorsement of such Note and the execution and delive~ of that cedain assignment of mo~gage dated Janua~ 31, 2001, and duly recorded in the records of the office of the' County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on Februa~ 20, ~001, in Book 459 PR at Page 684; and WHEREAS, the Modgage being in default, the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyom rig, pursuant to the request and direction of Mo~gage Electronic Registration SyStems, Inc. as Nominee for Wells Fargo Home Modgage, Inc., acting under a power of sale contained in the Modgage, proceeded to adve~ise for sale and did sell the hereinafter described real prope~y on June 1,200!, at 10:00 'o'clock in the forenoon, at public vendue, at the front door of the Lincoln County Coudhouse, 925 Sage Avenue, in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, State of Wyoming; and WHEREAS, Mo~gage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc... as Nominee for Wells Fargo Home Modgage, Inc. made the highest and best bid for the hereinafter described real properly in the sum of $83,013.a3, and the said real prope~y was then and there sold to Mo~gage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as Nominee for Wells Fargo Home Mo~gage, Inc, on June 1, 2001; and a Ce~ificate of Sale was issued by the undersigned Sheriff in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to Modgage Electronic Registration Systems, lnc. as Nominee for Wells Fargo Home Modgage, Inc. on June 1, 2001, which Ce~ificate of Sale was duly recorded in the records' of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on June 4, 2001 in Book 465 PR at Page 761; and WHEREAS, said Cedificate of Sale was assigned to FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, its successors and assigns, by that ce~ain Assignment of Cedificate of Sale dated October 4, 2001, and recorded in the records of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 16th_ day of October , 2001, in Book 474P~ at Page 8~a ; and WHEREAS, no one has appeared to redeem the hereinafter described real prope~y under the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the time for doing so has now expired; NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, Lee Gardner, Sheriff in and for said County of LinColn, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises, have GRANTED, BARGAINED, and .SOLD, and do hereby TRANSFER and CONVEY, to said FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION, 8200 dones Branch Drive, Maclean, Virginia 22102 its'successors and assigns, all right, title, and interest to the following described real prope~y situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to-wit: '.
