KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that
Boyd Nield, Karen Roberts, Cal Nield, and Tally Nield, as tenants in common, Grantors,
of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration ofTen Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
herein convey and quitclaim unto
Millard A. Kennedy, a single man, and Judy Kennedy, a single woman, an undivided one-
half (~) interest to each party, as joint tenants, with full rights of survivorship, Grantees,
of P.O. Box 256, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, and their heirs, successors and assigns, all such right,
title, interest, property, possession, claim, and demand as we have or ought to have in or to all the
following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, Statç of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State
of Wyoming, to wit:
That portion of the property described in a Trustees Quitclaim Deed to the
Grantors recorded in Book 607PR, Page 444, in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk, lying and situate within the boundaries of Lot 23 of the Salt River Heights
Subdivision (originally known as the Salt River Estates Subdivision) of record in
the said Office and filed as Plat No. 172, as originally and presently monumented
on the ground and historically occupied, and as recognized and perpetuated by the
existing common fence line between Grantors and Grantees.
