I, Joseph B. Bluemel, being oflega1 age and first duly sworn, deposes and says as follows:
1. That I reside in the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming and hereby make this
Affidavit of Scrivener's Error or Corrective Affidavit pursuant to § 34-11-101 W.S.
2. I am a person who has knowledge of the facts and am competent to testify concerning the
facts set forth herein below in this affidavit.
3. I am the attorney who is responsible for and who drafted the Resolution Forming Easement
ofParty Wall Agreement for Joint Garage and am competent to testify concerning these facts
in open court.
4. On September 29,2008 a Survey Map was recorded in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office

as Receiving or Instrument #942544.
5. On September 29,2008 the Resolution Forming Easement ofParty Wall Agreement for Joint
Garage was recorded in the Lincoln County Clerk's Office as Receiving or Instrwnent
#942546 in Book 705 at Pages 749 through 756. That resolution and instrument, on Page
2 which is in Book 705 at Page 750 incorrectly states the date Attachment C was recorded
in the public record as 9/28/08 instead of 9/29/08.
Instead of reading as follows:
WHEREAS, this two car garage that straddles what will become or is the
property line between that which is described above as the Southerly Portion
of Sears Property - 505 Pine Avenue and the Northerly Portion of Sears
Property- 509 Pine Avenue, is usable by each respective real property owner
as is shown by the survey completed by Thomas D. Crank, a Wyoming
Professional Land Survey on September 4, 2008, a copy of which is attached
to this agreement as Attachment C and made part hereof by this reference;
(Recorded in Lincoln County Clerk's Office as Receiving #942544 on
9/28/08)
That paragraph should read as follows:
WHEREAS, this two car garage that straddles what will become or is the
