Quitclaim Deed
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Thomas R. Mann and
Suzanne p, Mann, husband and wife, of the County of ~ ~\z.L\.~-, ,
State of California, in consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and other good
and valuable considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and
acknowledged, have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these
presents do for their heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and
forever quitclaim unto Mann Family Trust, dated June 22, 2005, Thomas R.
Mann and Suzanne P. Mann, Trustees, whose address is 555 Pleasant Valley
Drive, Aptos, CA 95003, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim
and demand, as they may have or ought to have, in and to the following
described premises to-wit:
Lot 40 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 6, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof, together with all buildings,
improvements and appurtenances thereon situate, or in anywise
appertaining thereto
Hereby releasing and waIVIng all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
