An area ofland located within the NEl/4NEl/4 Section 26, T32N, Rl19, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, being part of that parcel described in a Quit Claim Deed of record in
the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk in Book 4l6PR, Page 830, with boundaries"more
specifically described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 3 of the Budd-M-Rich Subdivision, Lincoln
County, Wyoming, said lot corner being located West a record distance of 431.66 feet
from the Nl/16 Corner along the east boundary of Section 26; and running
Thence East, along northerly boundary line of the said Budd-M-Rich Subdivision, a
distance of 252 feet;
Thence North a distance of l24 feet;
Thence West a distance of252 feet;
Thence South a distance of 124 feet to the corner of beginning;
Enclosing an area of 31,248 square feet or 0.717 acres, more or less;
The purpose of this description being to define a boundary change between adjacent
property owners and not to create an additional parcel of land.
