MINERAL QUITCLAIM DEED
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Betty B. Frome, Trustee, of the Ted. C.
Frome and Betty B. Frome Revocable Trust, dated the 14th day of June, 1993, conveys
and quitclaims unto Frome Minerals, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, whose
mailing address is P.O. Box 969, Afton, Wyoming, 83110, all such right, title, interest,
property possession, claim and demand as she has, in and to all minerals and mineral
rights, including but not limited to all coal, oil, gas, geothermal, brine and stream rights, and
all other mineral rights, now known to exist or hereafter discovered, associated with, and in,
under or upon in the following described real property, situated in the Counties of Lincoln
and Sublette, State of Wyoming, to wit:
The real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part of the Mineral
Quitclaim Deed.
