Pheasant Wood Drive, Sandy, UT (Grantors), for Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Richard E. Becker, trustee and Judy K.
