KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MERIDIAN TRUST FEDERAL CREDIT
UNION (originally known as Wyoming Employees Federal Credit Union) of LARAMIE
COUNTY, STATE of WYOMING, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage, bearing a
date of the 27lli day of MARCH 2008 made and executed by FRANK V CHIDESTER
AND CHERYL L CHIDESTER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, MERIDIAN TRUST FEDERAL
CREDIT UNION as mortgagee, conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security
for the payment of $335,000.00 therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of
the County Oerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of LINCOLN County, STATE of
WYOMING, on the 281H day of APRIL 2008 IN BOOK# 692, AT P AGE# 899, Mortgages
instrument # 938519 mortgaging the following described real estate in said county, to wit
AS PER SAID MORTGAGE:
Is with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby release and
quitclaim the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
