Notice is hereby given that the claimant claims a lien on that certain real property located
in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described more particu1arly as follows:
Lot 1 (SE 1/4 SE 1/4), SW 1/4 and SE 1/4 SW 1/4 of Section 20 and Lot 3
(NE 1/4 NW 1/4), Lot 2 (NW 1/4 NW 1/4) of Section 29, T37N, R118W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming
The claúnant claims a lien of$7,817.62, furnished in the improvement and development of
the real property, more particularly heretofore descn'bed: The materials were :furnished at the
5pecific insistence and request of Jeff Vandeburg Excavation Company, per Jeff Vandeburg. Such
materials and product were furnished with the knowledge and consent of Alpine Development
Group, LLC.
The name of the owner or of the reputed owners, of the premises are Alpine Development

The claimant will be required to pay an. attorney for the preparation and filing of this lien
in the sum of $600. 00 for the foreclosure in. the event the same is not paid and for which the
cla.1m.ant: claims the lien in the event of sucb foreclosure. Wherefore, the claimant claims the lien
in the sum of $7,817. 62 together with $600.00 for preparation and :tiling of this lien, and such
other and further attorney's fees that may be incurred in the event of foreclosme, and such lien is
upon the real property heretofore described.
