In accordance with Statutes W.S. 34-12-102 and W.S. 34-12-103, we
Brad Gardner Dana and Patricia W. Dana, whose address is 180 River
Road, Townsend, MT 59644, being duly sworn on oath according to
law do hereby make the following statement of facts and affirm:
That we, are the owners and proprietors of real property shown on
the Plat of Big Sky, prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates, as
referred to in the Deed recorded with Instrument Number 706143, in
Book 276PR, on Page 249, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, within the SW1/4NE1/4, of Section 19, T34N,
Rl18W, of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming.
That the Subdivision from this property is with our free consent
and desires.
That the name of the subdivision shall be "Big Sky", the Boundary
and Encumbrances, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southeast corner of the Booker property, as
referred to in the Deed recorded with Instrument No. 858892, in
Book 430PR, on Page 709, with said Office, said Point of Beginning
being 315.16 feet N89°48'04"E, along the North line of the SEl/4
of said Section 19, from the Charles V. King PE/LS 590, 1982
location for the Northwest Corner of said SEl/4;
thence NOo45'37"E, along the East line of said Booker property,
and the Northerly prolongation thereof, 669.86 feet to a point in
the South line of the Godfrey property, as referred to in the Deed
recorded with Instrument No. 831790, in Book 392PR, on Page 720,
with said Office;
thence N89°53'08"E, along said South line, 345.15 feet to the
Northwest corner of the Monday property, as referred to in the
Deed recorded with Instrument No. 895833, in Book 543PR, on Page
560, with said Office;
thence SOo45'34"W, along the West line of said Monday property,
and the Altman property, as referred to in the Deed recorded with
Receiving No. 938891, in Book 694, on Page 200, with said Office,
669.35 feet to a Point in said North line;
thence S89°48'04"W, along said North line, 345.16 feet, to the
Point of Beginning, containing Two Subdivision Lots, Encompassing
5.31± Acres of land.

TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: The Right-of-Way Easement for Thayne
- Bedford County Road 12-122, as referred to and recorded with
Instrument No. 547511, in Book 169PR, on Page 515, with said
Office.
TOGHEHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: The Right-of-Way, as referred to and
recorded with Instrument No. 706143, in Book 276PR, on Page 249,
with said Office.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: ALL Easements, Exceptions,
Restrictions, Reservations, Rights-of-Way, Improvements and
Conditions of sight and or record, including but not limited to
those shown hereon.
That Irrigation Easement, as shown on said Plat, is and shall be
granted to Lot One, Lot 2 and said Godfrey property, and their
successors, and assigns.
That the Utilities Right-of-Way Easements, as shown on said Plat,
are and shall be granted to Lot One and Lot Two as affected.
That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption
Laws of the State of Wyoming are hereby released.
That this Affidavit is signed in the stead of and has the same
affect as if the original Mylar Plat of said Subdivision had been
signed.
