TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, 1ST BANK - ALPINE, a Wyoming corporation, P.O. Box 3110, Alpine,
Wyoming 83128, does hereby release from the lien of the Mortgage that was entered into by
STATELINE ESTATES, LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 11 Ross Road, Thayne,
Wyoming 83127, and recorded on August 14,2008 as Instrument No. 941283 in the land records
of Lincoln County, Wyoming, the real property described as follows: '7ö;'\,/

Lot 1, STATELINE ESTATES, as shown on the official plat thereof filed on
November 17, 2005, as Document No. 913797, as Plat No. 293-E, in the Office of the
Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
LESS AND EXCEPTING the property described as follows:
Units 101, 102, 103 and 104 of Building 100, STATELINE CONDOMINIUMS,
as shown on the official plat thereof filed on August 13,2008, as Document No. 941247,
in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, also being a part of Lot 1,
STATELINE ESTATES, as shown on the official plat thereof filed on November 17,
2005, as Document No. 913797, as Plat No. 293-E, in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, and further defined and described in that certain Declaration of
Covenants, Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for Stateline Condominiums located
in Freedom, Lincoln County, Wyoming, created by Document No. 922380, in Book 633,
at Page 513, and the Second Supplemental Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
Restrictions for Stateline Condominiums located in Freedom, Wyoming, created by
Document No. 941249, in Book 702, at Page 268, or set forth in any other allied
instrument referred to in any of the instruments aforesaid.
Together with all buildings, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate or
in anywise appertaining thereto.
Subject to any easements, reservations, restrictions, or rights-of-way of record, of
sight, or in use.
THIS PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE is made and executed without any
impairment whatsoever to the lien of said Mortgage on the remaining real property identified in
said Mortgage, which property is all or part of the property that is excepted above.
