does hereby claim a lien on the following property

The aforesaid lien in the amount of $3600.00 031ê;-7
(includes late fees incurred), which is the unpaid
balance for goods, material and services furnished in
the construction of the improvements on the above
described real property, at the request of the owner of
said property, Grand Teton Building and Renovation,
LLC, and/or Sean Cooney.
Suit has not been filed. The Contract has not been
filed or recorded.
The undersigned claims a contractors and
materialman's lien under the laws of the State of
Wyoming.
