WARRANTY DEED

Robert M. and Nola C. Longhurst, trustees of the Robert and Nola Longhurst Family Trust.. dated
8 May 1996, Grantors of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of
an exchange of property for a boundary adjustment, convey and warrant to Fred BIYant Gomm
and Dorothy Ann Gomm, Trustees of the Fred BIYant Gomm and Dorothy Ann Gomm Joint
Trust dated 12 March 1991/Gomm Ranch LLC, Grantees of the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, the following described real estate situated in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyomjng, hereby releasjng and waiving aIt rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Beginning at a point ofNW 1/16 Section17 at brass cap; thence East 106 feet along east/west
boundary between GLO Lot I and GLO Lot 4 to where it intersects with the southwest side of US
Highway 89 right-a-way; thence 147.3 feet in a northwesterly direction along US Highway 89
right·a-way; to the boundary between GLO Lot 1 and GLO Lot 2; thence 104 feet south along
said boundary to the point of beginning which includes the field access approach with cattle
guard from US Highway 89, and becomes an attachment to GLO Lot 4, T30N R118W SE 1/4
1-\ NW 1/4 Section 17.
Together with all water rights, mineral rights, improvements, and appurtenances thereon situate
or in any wise appertaining thereto. Subject, however to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights·of·way of record.
