Donald E. Snider and Jymme G. Snider, husband and wife as tenants by the entirety,
Grantors, whose address is PO Box 1326, Thayne, WY 83127, for and in consideration of other
valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, convey and warrant to Donald E.
Snider and Jymme Georgia Snider, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under THE DON &
JYMME SNIDER LNING TRUST, DATED OCTOBER 7,2008, for the benefit of Donald E.
Snider and Jymme Georgia Snider and their heirs, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 1326,
Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real estate:
The property described on the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 536, Page 696 as
Document No. 893994 on record with the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer,
Wyoming a copy of which is attached hereto.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby
covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are
free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.

and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
The property referred to in Instrument No. 855409, recorded in Book 422PR on page 794 of the
records of the Lincoln County Clerk, within the NEIANWIA of Section 23, T34N R119W of the
6th P.M., the Town of Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, the boundary and area being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an Iron Pipe set at a point in the West Right-of-Way line of U.S. Highway 89
(Main Street) said point being 309.00 feet N 0°51 '01·" E, along the East line of said NEIANWIA
and 34.27 feet N 88°47'19" W from the PK Nail found marking the Lloyd B. Baker PEILS 698,
location for the Southeast comer of said NEIANWJA (CN1/16 S23); .
thence N 88°47' 19" W, 320.84 feet to an Iron Pipe set at a point in the East bank of the
East Side Canal; .
thence Northwesterly, along said East Bank, to Iron Pipes set the following:
N 68°52'21" W, 12.72 feet;
N 61 °54'00" W, 22.54 feet;
N 59°07'41" W, 23.82 feet;
N 52°58'39" W, 37.46 feet;
N 40°52'58" W, 23.82 feet;
N 21 ° 15'00" W, 18.49 feet;
thence S 88°47'19" E, 424.87 feet to an Iron Pipe set at a point in said West Right-of-
Way line;
thence S 0°25'17" W, along said West Right-of-Way line, 83.01 feet, to the POINT OF
BEGINNING.

and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
