Donald E. Snider and Jyrnme G. Snider, joint tenants with rights of survivorship,
Grantors, whose address is PO Box 13 26, Thayne, WY 83127, for and in consideration of other
valuable consideration and ten dollars ($10) in hand paid, convey and warrant to Donald E.
Snider and Jyrnme Georgia Snider, Trustees, or their successors in trust, under THE DON &
JYMME SNIDER LIVING TRUST, DATED OCTOBER 7, 2008, for the benefit of Donald E.
Snider and Jyrnme Georgia Snider and their heirs, Grantee, whose address is PO Box 1326,
Thayne, WY 83127, the following described real estate:
The property described on the Warranty Deed recorded in Book 588, Page 268 as
Document No. 909250 on record with the Lincoln County Clerk's Office, Kemmerer,
Wyoming a copy of which is attached hereto.
Situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and the said Grantors hereby
covenant with the said Grantee that Grantors are lawfully seized of said premises; that they are
free from encumbrances; and Grantors warrant the title thereto against the lawful claims of all
persons whomsoever, except: restrictions, reservations, easements, and encumbrances of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving any and all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of this state.

of sight or in use.
