HomeMy WebLinkAbout876666 WARRANTY DEED Naomi Wilkes, a single woman, Grantor, of Cache County, and.State of Utah, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to Lincoln County, Wyoming, a political subdivision of the State of Wyoming, Grantee, whose address is 925 Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, the following described real estate situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Beginning at the NW Corner of Lot 3 in Block 8 of the Town of Afton, as the same is platted and of record in the office of the COUnty Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence East t0 rods; thence South 4 rods; thence West 10 rods; thence North 4 rods to the point of beginning; Together with all improvements situate thereon and all easements and appurtenances thereunto belonging; and, Subject to all easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions, if any, of record; and, Further subject to discrepancies, conflicts in boUndary lines, shortage in area, encroachments, and any facts a correct survey and inspection of the premises would disclose and which are not shown in the public records.
