RELEASE OF PROMISSORY NOTE AND REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE
KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That Raymond R. Triplett, does hereby certify
that mortgage bearing the date of October 1,2004, made and executed by James D.
Triplett and Julie R. Triplett, as mortgagors, to Raymond R. Triplett, as mortgagee,
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of
$190,760.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on
November 18,2004, in Book 573 PR, Pages 17-20 mortgaging the following described
real estate in said County, to wit:
Real property and improvements located at 357 Wooden Spur Drive, Alpine,
Wyoming.
The legal description of said property being: Lots 12 and 13, Greys River Village
Second Addition, Alpine, Wyoming.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereofthe said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
