SECOND AMENDMENT OF
NOTE AND MORTGAGE

THIS AMENDMENT is made by and between ALPEN HAUS INVESTMENTS II, LLC,
a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, hereinafter referred to as "MORTGAGOR", and
CLARENCE 1. REINHART, hereinafter referred to as "MORTGAGEE",
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Mortgagor did make, execute and deliver to the Mortgagee a Note
secured by that certain Mortgage in the amount of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
DOLLARS ($150,000.00), recorded as Instrument No. 912784 in Book 636, Page 751, in the
Lincoln County Wyoming records, and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend some of the terms and/ or provisions of the Note
and/ or Mortgage, and
THEREFORE, in and for good and valuable considerations, the parties agree the terms
and conditions of the Note and Mortgage above described shall be and are hereby amended and
modified as follows:
1. The remaining principal balance, plus accrued interest, shall be due and
payable on October 15, 2009.
All terms and conditions of the Note and Mortgage shall remain the same and unchanged
except as amended and/ or modified herein.
