KNOW ALL PEOPLE BY THESE PRESENTS, that Jack Rohwedder and Jean
Rohwedder, of Maricopa County, whose address is 10932 Tropicana Circle, Sun City, Arizona,
85351, State of Arizona, the GRANTORS, for and in consideration of LEGAL SERVICES
RENDERED and other good and valuable consideration in hand, the receipt and sufficiency of
which are hereby acknowledged, grant, bargain, convey and warrant to THE SPENCE LA W
FIRM, LLC, the GRANTEE, whose business address is 15 S. Jackson St., P.O. Box 548,
Jackson, Wyoming 83001, all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situate in the
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by
virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot 21 of Bridger Mountain Subdivision-Phase I
As platted and recorded in the Official Records of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Subject to all declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions of record.
GRANTORS hereby warrant that they own the property described above free and clear of
any and all liens and encumbrances whatsoever, and further warrant to defend the sanle against
any and all persons maldng claim thereto, except through the GRANTEE above named.
