SEARS, a single person, ofthe City of Salt Lake City, State of Utah, Grantor for and in consideration often dollars ($10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to Walter William Wilcox and Lillian M. Turner, as joint tenants with a right of survivorship, ofthe City of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, Grantee, the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit: .(i' That property described in Attachment A which is made part of this deed by this reference and which is also known as 505 Pine Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming; Together with all interest the Grantee has, is legally entitled to or hereafter acquires in and to the garage and party wall as set forth and described in the Party Wall Agreement that is on file and of record in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming that was recorded on the 29th day of September, 2008 as Receiving No. 942546 in Book 705 at Pages 749 through 756 and Receiving No. 942544 recorded on 9/29/08. SUBJECT TO the limitations and burdens placed on said Southerly portion of Lot 10 of said property by that Resolution Forming Easement of Party Wall Agreement for Joint Garage that is on file and of record in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed in and for Lincoln County, Wyoming that was recorded on the 29Ú1 day of September, 2008 as Receiving No. 942546 in Book 705 at Pages 749 through 756 and Receiving No. 942544 recorded on 9/29/08.
