organized and existing under THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
the Mortgagee named in that certain mortgage hereof its right, title and interest in and to
said mortgage, which was given to said mortgagee WALTER WILIAM WILCOX AND
LILLIAN M. TURNERM, AS JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHTS OF
SURVIVORSHIP, and appears recorded on O('fnh('( JC) .100tÝ in Book '707 of
mortgages, beginning on Page 6S in the office ofthe County Clerk of Uinta
County, Wyoming, and which covers property described as follows:
