and, running thence North 00°00'55" East, along the East Uneof the Southwest Quarter of the
Northwest Quarter of said Section 10, a distance of 264.00 feet;
thence South 89°40'24" West, a distance of 441.97 feet;
thence South 08°09'36" East, a distance of 266.46 feet;
thence North 89°40'24" East, along the South line of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter of said Section 10, a distance of 292.10 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

LESS AND EXCEPT any land contained in Warranty Deed recorded December 19,1985 in
Book 234PR on page 105 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
NOTE; This serves to correct the description of that certain Warranty Deed recroded August 19,
2008 in Book 702 on page 604 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of
Wyoming.
