Inc. vs. Elizabeth Johnson and Rulon Gardner. Civil No.: 2008-72-DC. WHEREAS, Orders and Judgments were entered by the Court against both Elizabeth Johnson and Rulon Gardner prior to the sale; and WHEREAS, the Plaintiff arranged for the Sheriff's Sale by publishing Notice of the Sale no less than four (4) times with the Kemmerer Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation in the area surrounding the below described Property. WHEREAS, notice of the sale was given by publication and distribution of a Notice of Sale which provided notice of the time and place of sale, particularly describing the Property to be sold as follows: Sl/2NW1/4SEl/4 of Section 23, Township 33 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. (a) By mailing, with postage prepaid, to each named defendant; and (b) By publication of Notice of Trustee's Sale in The Kemmerer Gazette, a newspaper of general circulation in Lincoln County, Wyoming, once a week, for four (4) consecutive weeks, the last publication being on October 9,2008; and WHEREAS, the time and place of the sale having been prescribed for October 14, 2008, at 10:00 am at the main entrance of the Lincoln County Courthouse, 925 Sage Ave., Kemmerer, Wyoming, and the sale having been held at said time and place, at which time and place the Property was offered for sale to the highest bidder, and the Grantee, West Cost Lending Group, Inc., having made the highest bid for the Property, which bid was accepted by the Sheriff; û0031.5 WHEREAS, the Grantee made a partial credit bid of $500,000 to purchase the Property, which credit bid was accepted by the Sheriff. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the partial credit bid by the Grantee, and other good and valuable consideration, the Sheriff does now, by these presents, certify the occurrence of the sale of the above described Property, subject only to the rights of redemption as set forth in the Wyoming Code.
