942472, within the E1/2 of the E1/2NE1/4 of section 5, T33N,

GRANTING and RESERVING: A 60 feet IWide Right-of-Way Easement for
Ingress, Egress, and Utilities, the Boundary being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a Point in the West line of the NW1/4 of Section 4,
of said T33N, R118W,
said Point being 799.18 feet NOo43'29"E, along said West line,
from the Charles V. King PE/LS 690, 1989 location for the
Southwest Corner of said NW1/4;
thence N89°16'31"W, perpendicular to said West line, 300.78
feet;
thence NOo43'29"E, parallel with said West line, 60.00 feet;
thence S89°16'31"E, perpendicular to said West line, 300.78 feet
to a Point in said West line;
thence SOo43'29"W, along said West line, 60.00 feet, to the
Point of Beginning, Encompassing 0.41± Acres of land.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: A 45 feet wide Right-of-Way
Easement, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 406PR, on
Page 424, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County,
Wyoming, along a portion of the East line of the above described
property, for Robinson County Road No. 12-124, Referred to in
the Resolution approved by the Board of County Cormnissioners of
Lincoln County, Wyoming, on the 8th day of April, 1981.

522, on Page 187, with said Office.
