KNOW ALL PERSONS BY THESE PRESENTS, that PRATER VIEW
DEVELOPMENT CO., LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company, c/o Jerry Ray
Humphreys, Manager1595 County Road 119, Thayne, Wyoming 83127, Grantor, for and in
consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, has hereby remised, released, and forever quitclaimed
unto RONALD E. AHRENS and MARY ANN AHRENS, TRUSTEES of the Ronald E.
Ahrens and Mary Ann Ahrens Living Trust dated February 14, 2000, P.O. Box 624, Thayne,
Wyoming 83127, Grantees, and their successors and assigns forever, all such right, title, interest
property, possession, claim and demand, as it may have or ought to have, in or to property
located in Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
A portion of the NWl/4 ofHES 62 within Section 30, T35N, R118W, 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, and being more particularly described as follows
See Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference,
containing 30.095 acres ofland.
Subject to all easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations, and rights of way
of sight or record.
