CORRECTIVE GRANT OF EASEMENT

DALE S. CLARK of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming and LADEAN CLARK of
County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, GRANTORS, for and in consideration ofTEN DOLLARS
($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT to THE OWNERS OF THE LANDS DESCRIBED IN THE CLARK
FAMIL Y EXEMPTION PLAT, RECORDING # 277 A, as recorded in the Official Records of the
Lincoln County Clerk of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, GRANTEES, their successors, heirs
or assigns an easement for the benefit of the Grantees on the following described real estate situated in
County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, for the following purposes and under the following
conditions:
1. Purpose of Easement. This easement shall be for ingress, egress, and underground
utilities to Grantee's prope11y located in Etna, Wyoming.
2. Description of Easement. The easement shall occupy the following described
property:
A strip ofland SIXTY (60) feet in width within the Wl/2SWl/4 of Section 11, T35N, R119W,
Lincoln County, Wyoming described as follows:
the east sixty (60) feet of the NWl/4SW1I4 of said Section 11; AND
the east sixty (60) of the north 339.91 feet of the SW1I4SWl/4 of Section 11;
the above described easement to be sh0l1ened or lengthened as necessary to create a continuous
easement with a minimum width of sixty (60) feet to meet the north line of said NWl/4SWl/4 and the
north line of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 561 of
Photostatic Records on page 398.
All in accordance with the plat prepared to be filed in the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County titled,
"PLAT OF BOUNDARY ADJUSTMENT AND EASEMENTS FOR VINCENT A. KRAMER AND
CAROL A. KRAMER AND LINCOLN COUNTY SCHOOL DISTRICT NO.2 AND DALE
CLARK AND LADEAN CLARK WITHIN THE Wl/2SWl/4 SECTION 11 T35N R119W
LINCOLN COUNTY, WYOMING", dated 18 May, 2004, as revised.
3. Purpose of Amendment. This amendment shall supersede and correct the
acknowledgement in the Grant of Easement recorded in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in Book 585 of Photostatic Records on page 48.
4. Binding Effect. The terms and conditions ofthis easement shall be binding upon
and inure to the benefit of the heirs, successors and assigns of the parties named in
this instrwnent.
