THRASH LIMITED PARTNERSHIP, grantor, for and in consideration of Ten and NO/100
($10.00) Dollars and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, do CONVEY AND WARRANT TO JOHN D. THRASH, MIRANDA
T. MESSER and THOMAS D. THRASH, as tenants in common of an undivided one-third
(1/3) interest each, grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 543, Big Piney, WY 83113, the

releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
