That ~, the undersigned, DAN T. ME~TT and MARY W. ME~TT, husband & wife,
("Grantor"), for a good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, do
hereby grant, convey and warrant unto Lower Valley Energy, a Cooperative Corporation, of~on
and Jackson, Wyoming and to its successors and assigns, ("Grantees"), a pe~etu~ easement and rift
o¢ way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of the
electric distribution circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintained
under, upon and across the premises of Grantor in L~COLN County, State of WYO~G ~ong
a line described as follows, to wit: '
BEING a part of the Nordic ~nches Subdifision ~ivision ~6, Lot 85, Section 25, T36N,
~119W, in Lincoln Count, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
~GINNI~G at the most Southernly corner of ~aid Lot 85.
Then6e N 25° E 202 feet to a meter location.

Together with all necessa~ and reasonable rights of ingress and egress and to excavate and refill
ditches and trench for the location and repair of said facilities and to cut, trim, or remove trees,
shmbbe~, undergro~h or other obstructions interfering with the repair and maintenance of the
facilities. The ~antor acknowledges that Electric and magnetic Fields (E~) ~e natur~ly occu~g
in the distribution of electricity, and the Grantee has here notified Grantor that E~ testing and
information is available upon request from the Grantee. The undersigned agrees that all wires and
other facilities, installed on the above described lands at the Grantee's expense shall remain the
prope~y of the ~antee, removable at the option of the Grantee. We hereby release and w~ve all
rights under and by vi~ue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the said State.
