SHERIFF'S DEED

M. Shane Johnson, of lawful age, being first duly sworn upon his oath according to law, deposes
and says:
That he is now the duly appointed, qualified and acting Sheriff of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
That on the 9th day of July, 2002, at the hour of 11 :00 o'clock a.m., at the front door of the
Courthouse of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in Kemmerer, Wyoming, the same
being also the place of holding Court in said County, and at public venue, to the highest bidder
for cash, he offered for sale the following described lands and premises as a whole, and then
sold said lands and premises as a whole for the sum of $19,755.05, to Battlefield, Inc., a
Wyoming Corporation, it being the owner and holder of the hereinafter referred to mortgage
and promissory note secured thereby, and having bid fairly and in good faith therefore, and
being the highest and best bidder, and that being the highest sum bid for same, all of said
lands and premises being particularly described as follows, to-wit:

That said lands and premises were sold pursuant to the above provisions of the Notice of
Mortgage Foreclosure Sale being duly given according to law, and pursuant to the
provisions of that certain Notice of Mortgage Foreclosure Sale duly published by law, and
under and by virtue of the power of sale and authority contained in that certain mortgage deed,
dated September 14, 1995 made, executed and delivered by Greig Tilley, a single person, as
Mortgagor, to Battlefield Inc, a Wyoming Corporation, as Mortgagee, which mortgage deed was
filed for record in the Office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds within and for
Lincoln County, Wyoming, in Book 404, at Page 394.
That a Certificate of Sale on Mortgage Foreclosure was thereafter issued to Battlefield, Inc,
as the purchaser, dated the 9th of July, 2002, which Certificate was recorded on the 9th of July,
2002, in Book 493, at Page 897, Filing No. 882378, in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming.
That the time of redemption of said lands and premises by the mortgagor expired on the 9th day of
November, 2002, and the mortgagors, their heirs and assigns have not redeemed such property;
that the time in which any judgment creditor of said mortgage, or grantee, or mortgagee, or any
person holding a lien upon such property may redeem such property, expired the 9th day of
November, 2002, and no such person has redeemed such property, and the purchaser aforesaid is
now entitled to a deed for such lands and premises.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS DEED that I, M. Shane Johnson, Sheriff of
the said County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, in consideration of the premises have granted,
bargained and sold, and do hereby convey, grant and sell to the said Battlefield, Inc., its
successors and assigns, the following described property:
