WARRANTY DEED
PAUL O. EVANS and TAMMY E. EVANS, husband and wife, Grantors,
for and in consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to PAUL O. EVANS and TAMMY E.
EVANS, as Trustees of the PAUL O. EVANS AND TAMMY E, EVANS TRUST
dated October 21, 2008, Grantees, whose address is PO Box 383,
LaBarge, Wyoming 83123, the following described real estate,
situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing
and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead
exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
PARCEL 1:
Lot 11 of the Red Bluff Addition to the Town of LaBarge,
formerly Tulsa, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
PARCEL 2:
Lot 10 of Block 1, Amended Plat of Red Bluff Addition to
Town of LaBarge, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
