KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Hale's Valley Properties, LLC, a Wyoming Limited
Liability Cmpany, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the
other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto Starvalley LLC, a Montana Limited Liability
Corporation, of Billings, Yellowstone County, Montana for the uses and purposes set forth in the Dennis L.
Hale and Janice K. Earhart-Hale Family Trust between Grantors and Trustees, dated the 1 st day of June,
2008, Dennis L. Hale and Janice K. Earhart-Hale, beneficiaries, of PO Box 1616, Afton, WY 83110, all such
right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the
following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 16 of Twin Cliffs 4th Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat filed on August 9,2006, as Instrument No. 921094 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
SUBJECT TO the 2006 and subsequent years general taxes and assessments, all existing patent
reservations, easements, right of ways, protective and restrictive covenants, zoning ordinance and applicable
building codes, laws and regulations.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Dennis L. Hale and Janice K. Earhart-Hale, husband and wife, &
Managing Partners of Hale's Valley Properties, LLC ve hereunto setrheir hands as of the ;.¡ { day
