KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Dennis L. Hale, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim
unto Dennis L. Hale and Janice K. Earhart-Hale and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes
set forth in the Dennis L. Hale and Janice K. Earhart-Hale Family Trust between Grantors and Trustees, dated
the 1st day of June, 2008, Dennis L. Hale and Janice K. Earhart-Hale, beneficiaries, of PO Box 1616, Afton,
WY 83110, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to
have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Lot 45 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 16, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the
official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the
State of Wyoming.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Dennis L. Hale and Janice K. Earhart-Hale, husband and wife, & Managing
