Stevenson, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey and quitclaim unto Kent L. Stevenson and Nancy R. Stevenson and their successors, Trustees, for the uses and purposes set forth in the Kent L. and Nancy R. Stevenson Revocable Living Trust dated July 28, 2008, between Grantors and Trustees, Kent L. Stevenson and Nancy R. Stevenson, beneficiaries, of PO Box 348, Afton, WY 83101, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as they have or ought to have, in or to all the fOllowing described premises, in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit: Rental house located in Afton, WyominQ Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 21 in the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, and running thence West 10 rods; thence North 4 rods; thence East 10 rods; thence South 4 rods to the place of beginning. Said parcel of land is situated on the east one-half (E1/2) of Lot 1 in Block 21 in said Town of Afton, as the same is platted and of record in the office of the County Recorder of Lincoln County, Wyoming. Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Kent L. Stevenson and Nancy R. Stevenson, husband and wife, have hereunto set their hands as of the 21st day of October, 2008.
