RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, That CHARLES 1. CROOK, does hereby
certify that mortgage bearing the date of November 10, 1992 and a corrective mortgage
bearing the date of September 9, 1993 made and executed by Paul P. Crook and Nancy L
Crook, and Jon P. Crook and Angela P. Crook, as mortgagor(s) to as mortgagee(s)
conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as security for the payment of $30,000.00
as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-
Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on December 15, 1992
in Book 32lPR, Page 703 rerecorded on September 14, 1993 mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to wit:
In Section 30, Township 31 N., R.118 West, 6th P.M. Smoot, Lincoln County,
Wyoming: The Wl/2SWl/4. EXCEPTING therefrom the North three rods, and a plot
deeded to Lincoln County, Wyoming: Beginning at a point on the East boundary ofthe
NWl/4 SWl/4 of said Section 30. Said point being approximately 35 feet North of the
SE Comer of said NWl/4SWl/4, is the centerline of an 80 foot road right-of-way, being
40 feet on either side and equidistant ITom said centerline, thence N 38 degree 11 feet
West approximately 1600 feet to a point on the North boundary line of the W1/2SWl/4
of S. 30. Said point being approximately 315 feet East ofthe NW Comer of said
Wl/2SWl/4. Exceptions being 1.5 acres and 2.939 acres respectively.
In Section 31, Twp. 31 N., Range 118 W., 6th P.M.. The NEl/4NWl/4 of said
Section 31, excepting beginning at a point 384 feet West ITom the SE Comer of said
NEl/4NWl/4, and continuing thence West 436 feet, thence North 300 feet, thence East
436 feet, thence South 300 feet to the place of the beginning together with all
improvements thereon. And reserving a plot in the NE Comer of said NEl/4NWl/4-
208.7' x 208.7' = 1 acre for daughter Sue Ellen Buckley in the event she desires to use
the plot.
Is, with a note secured thereby, and the aforementioned debt, fully paid, satisfied,
released, and discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagee does hereby
release and quitclaim unto the said mortgagor the premises thereby conveyed and
mortgaged.
