OVERRIDING ROYALTY INTERESTS AND MINERAL INTERESTS
The GEORGINE L. SCHW AR TZ DECLARATION OF TRUST dated October 22, 1997,
by and through Nancy Marie Schwartz as the successor Trustee thereto as set forth in the
Amendment of the Georgine L. Schwartz Revocable Trust Dated August 5, 2005, ("Assignor")
does hereby assign, convey and transfer to the NANCY M. SCHWARTZ DECLARATION OF
TRUST dated March 24, 2003 ("Assignee"), all of its interests, right and title to the following
royalty and/or overriding royalty interests and mineral interests it owns in Lincoln County,
Wyoming, including but not limited to the interests as more fully set forth in Exhibit "A,"
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference though it is the intention of Assignor to
assign to Assignee all property owned by assignor in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming,
whether or not described within the attached Exhibit A:
This assignment is made without warranty of any sort or kind.
None of the interests above stated are subject to the homestead exemption or other
exemption.
