RELEASE OF REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that The Bank of Star Valley, A Wyoming
Banking Corporation, does hereby certify that a certain mortgage bearing the date of June 11,
2008, and executed by Kevin Merritt and Billie Jo Merritt, Husband and Wife a mortgage
conveying a lien on certain real estate therein described as security for the payment of$45,000,00,
mortgage was recorded in the office ofthe Lincoln County Clerk and ex-officio Registered Deeds of
Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, on the 16th day of June, 2008, in Book # 697 of Mortgages,
at Page # 309 as Document Number # 939812 and pertaining to the following described real estate
in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE."
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid, satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereofthe said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto the
said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this ~ day of
