KNOWN BY ALL THESE PRESENTS, Linda Rae Nate and Alva N. Nate, Trustees of
the Orson A. Nate and Alva N. Nate Family Trust dated April 18, 2006 hereby certify
that mortgage bearing the date of July 3, 2007 made and executed by Dennis 0 Nate and
Gregory Scott Nate, as mortgagor(s) to Orson A. Nate and Alva N. Nate Family Trust
dated April 18, 2006 as mortgagee(s) conveying certain real estate therein mentioned as
security for the payment of $300,000.00 as therein stated, which mortgage was recorded
in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deed of Lincoln County,
State of Wyoming, on July 24, 2007 in Book 666PR, Page 664 mortgaging the following
described real estate in said County, to wit:

That part of Tract 119 embracing Lots 24,27,41, and 42 and that part of Tract 123

Wyoming, lying and being situate Southwesterly of the center-line of State Highway 30 as
relocated subsequent to 1979 with said centerline being descirbed as fonows;

East, 282.22 feet, along Line 2-1 of said Tract No. 119 to the POINT OF BEGINNING on
the centerline of said IDghway 30;
