KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Jerry W. Hansen aka Jerry Hansen ;¡md
Jennifer M. Hansen aka Jennifer Hansen, husband and wife, of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
in consideration of the trust created herein and for the other covenants contained herein convey
and quitclaim unto Jerry W. Hansen and Jennifer M. Hansen and their successors, Trustees, for
the uses and purposes set forth in the Jerry and Jennie Hansen Family Trust dated the October 1,
2007, between Grantors and Trustees, Jerry W. Hansen and Jennifer M. Hansen, beneficiaries, of
PO Box 1776, Afton, WY 83101, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and
demand as they have or ofJght to have, in or to all the following described premises, in the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, to-wit:
Residence located at 816 Madison Street, Afton, Wyominq (Real property described in that certain
Warranty Deed dated October 10, 1991, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on
October 17,1991. in Book 302 PRo paqe 443)
Lot 53 in Block 40 as shown on the Plat of the South Kennington Court, Kennington
Addition of the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
ALSO, Part of Lot 46 in Block 40 of the South Kennington Court, Kennington
Addition described as follows:
Beginning 1 rod South of the Northeast corner of said Lot 46 and running thence
Southerly along the East boundary of said Lot 46 a distance of 1/2 rod; thence
Westerly a distance of 135.55 feet, more or less, to a point on the West boundary of
said Lot 46, 1.5 rods South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence North along the
said West boundary a distance of 1/2 rod; thence Easterly a distance of 135.55 feet,
more or less, to the point of beginning.
ALSO, the North 16-1/2 feet of Lot 46 in Block 40 of the South Kennington Court,
Kennington Addition to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
Land located qenerally west of the residence (Real property described in that certain Warranty
Deed dated May 24, 2004. and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk, in Book 559 PRo

A parcel of land within and being part of the Fairgrounds Annexation to the Town of
Afton, Lincoln County, Wyoming, with boundaries more Particularly described as

follows:
BEGINNING at a corner along the boundary common to the said Fairgrounds
Annexation and to the Kennington Addition Annexation, said corner also being the
southwest corner of Lot 25, Block 37 of the Kennington Addition; and running
THENCE S89°13'45"E along said annexation boundary a distance of 517.46 feet to
an annexation corner;
THENCE S04°09'OO"W along annexation boundary a distance of 79.80 feet to
another annexation boundary corner;
THENCE N89°14'05"W along annexation boundary a distance of 513.56 feet;
THENCE N01°21'05"E a distance of 79.72 feet to the corner of beginning;
ENCLOSING an area of 0.943 acres, more or less;
Together with and subject to a shared access and utilities easement as more
particularly described in said Warranty Deed.
TOGETHER WITH an easement granted in that certain Grant of Easement dated
December 17, 2007, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on
January 11, 2008, in Book 683, page 542.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws
of the State of Wyoming.
