KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, ThatlShelly D. Dent, Marcus
Scott Mower and Mark R. Mower, of the County of Lincdln, State of Wyoming, in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) and otHer good and valuable
considerations, the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged,
have remised, released, conveyed and quitclaimed and by these presents do for
their heirs, executors and administrators, remis, release and forever quitclaim
unto Shelly D. Dent, a single person, whose address is PO Box 1013, Kemmerer,
WY 83101, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand,
as they may have or ought to have, in and to the following described premises to-
wit:
Lot 1 of Block 1 of Mower Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State of Wyoming.
