KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Ted 1. Barber Sr., a single
person of Afton, Wyoming, Grantor(s), for and in consideration ofTen (10) Dollars and
other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEY and QUIT CLAIM to: The Ted L. Barber Sr., Trust, Dated July 12, 1999, Ted
1. Barber Sr., Trustee, of Afton, Wyoming, Grantee(s), the following described real
estate, situated in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all
rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State, to-wit:
A portion of the NWI/4NEl/4 of Section 24, T32N, Rl19W of the 6th P,M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:

BEGINNING at an iron pipe set in the South line of a County Road, 1,639.28
feet, S89°51 'W, and 33,00 feet Soo09'E, from the Northeast Comer of said
Section 24; thence Soo09'E, 367,50 feet; thence S89°51 'W, 113.96 feet; thence
NOl°34'30"W, 367.61 feet, along the west line of the land contained in Warranty
Deed to Bruce M. Davis and Betty B. Davis, recorded in Book 145PR on Page
438 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk; thence N89°51 'E, 123.10 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
