Jensen and Vanette Jensen, Husband and Wife, Grantor(s), for and in consideration ofTen (10) Dollars and other valuable considerations in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND QillT CLAIM to: the J R RANCH FAMILY TRUST, Dated September I, 2008, Ren Jensen and Vanette Jensen, Trustees, Grantee(s), an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, and Caribou County, State ofldaho, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Lots 3 and 4 and the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section 19, T32N, RIl9W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and Lot 2, EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 20 rods of Section 30, T32N, RI19W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and the West half (1/2) of the Northeast Quarter (WI/2NE1/4), EXCEPTING THEREFROM the South 20 rods, Section 30, T32N, R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County Wyoming, together with a perpetual right-of-way for ingress and egress from the Afton- Auburn Highway, commencing approximately in the center of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section 28, T32N, Rl19W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and transversing westerly upon Grantor's land along presently existing roadway to the common comer of Section 19,20,29 and 30, T32N, RIl9W of the 6th P.M., Wyoming, including the right to improve and use said road within a width of 30 feet as deemed necessary by the Grantees. One half (1/2) of all mineral rights, including oil and gas have been previously severed and are not included in this conveyance. AND ALSO CONVEYING: BEGINNING at a point which is 10 rods North from the Southwest comer of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30, T32N, R119W of the 6th P.M., and running thence East 60 rods; thence North 170 rods; thence West approximately 100 rods to the Wyoming-Idaho State Line; thence South along the said State Line 100 rods; thence East approximately 38 rods to the West boundary line of the Southeast Quarter of Section 30; thence South along said boundary line 70 rods to the point of beginning.
