Allred and Janet L. Allred, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, grantees, of 2372 Highway 236, Afton, WY 83110, all interest in the following described real estate, situate in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming: That part of the S1/2SE1/4 of Section 3, T31 N, R119W, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of those tracts of record in the office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 101 Photostatic Records on page 109 and in Book 356 of Photostatic Records on page 879, more particularly described on the attached "Description for Loa A. Burgan - Parcel A", marked as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference. TOGETHER WITH that certain Irrigation Pipeline Easement dated July 16, 2001, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on September 13, 2001, in Book 472 PR, page 659, Recording No. 875906.
